Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider. As a registered NDIS service provider, our participants are assured of the highest quality care and service. It also means that if your plan is agency managed, you can access our services.
What services do you offer?
Access Therapist offers a range of services, including but not limited to Functional Capacity Assessment, Sensory Profile Assessment, Speech Assessment, Equipment/Assistive Technology Assessment, Home and Living Assessment, Dietetics Plans and On-going therapy sessions for speech, psychology and occupational therapy.
What therapists can I engage with?
Participants have access to engage with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Dietitians via telehealth. We also offer face-to-face services with Occupational Therapists in VIC, QLD and NSW.
How much does it cost?
We charge the benchmark prices approved by NDIS, which are listed in the NDIS price guide. When the NDIS update their price guides, we are notified and update our prices in line with NDIS changes.
How long are your waiting times?

What is the process to start services?

Can I get a therapist who can speak a language other than English?
Access Therapist values diversity and we pride ourselves on being a diverse and inclusive team. We have multiple therapists who are bilingual, and we can also arrange an interpreter if required.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know circumstances can change, and we want to give that extra flexibility to our participants. You can cancel a consultation by giving us TWO business days’ notice and you will not be charged.
