At Access Telehealth, we connect patients, GPs, specialists and Therapists through our secure, easy-to-use software.
Founded in Australia in 2016, Access Telehealth was built by medical professionals and designed to enhance and improve health outcomes by supporting (not disrupting) medical practitioners.
Through our community of telehealth professionals, combined with our easy-to-use web-based application patients in remote areas, Aged Care Facilities and NDIS Participants are able to access specialist care, in real-time, from wherever they are.

Our Services

Overcoming all the limitations of the current model of care, our service model is the only one of its kind that is tailored to Aged Care Residents.
By combining onsite and telehealth services with a range of health practitioners, Access Aged Care is able to create a collaborative care environment, that allows aged care homes across Australia to access healthcare for their residents with reduced wait times.
Access Telehealth makes it easier for NDIS Participants to access occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology and dietetics services from the comfort of their own home.
