All consultations are charged in line with NDIS guidelines.
Yes. Our software is user friendly and you’ll be supported by our customer support team should you encounter any difficulties.
Telehealth consultations will reduce the waiting time to see your Allied Health Professional, making it easier to get quality healthcare faster. And because you don’t have to leave your home, you’ll save both time and travel costs.
You and your guardian or carer (if required) will be at a computer screen to participate in the video consultation. The consult will then happen in much the same way as it would if you were in a consultation room.
The same privacy and confidentiality requirements that apply to face-to-face consultations, also apply to telehealth video consultations.
No. Consultations are not recorded by Access Telehealth or your specialist. You are also prohibited from recording the consultation.

If you do need to cancel your appointment or are running late, then please let our operations team know ASAP by calling 1300 88 60 77 OR emailing operations@accesstelehealth.com.au.
