What is a telehealth consult?

Telehealth video consultations are an alternative option to physical consultations and are conducted using Access Telehealth software, the internet and a webcam.

Is it easy to use the telehealth software?

Yes. Our software is user friendly and you’ll be supported by our operations team should you encounter any technical or connection difficulties.

What are the advantages of using Access Telehealth?

Our team provides full administration, technical and operational support. All consults are confirmed and monitored by us to provide in-call assistance to both participant and specialist.

Can I work my own hours?

Yes. Our service is completely flexible and allows specialists to work with us around their own schedule.

How private is the telehealth video consultation?

The same privacy and confidentiality requirements that apply to face-to-face consultations, also apply to telehealth video consultations.

Will the telehealth video consultation be recorded?

No. Consultations are not recorded by Access Telehealth or the Patient. You are also prohibited from recording the consultation.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, Access Telehealth has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
