GP sends a referral
GP sends a specialist referral to Access Telehealth via email or fax.
We Setup a Telehealth Appointment
We liaise with your clinic, the patient and the specialist to make a telehealth appointment.
Specialist Consultation Happens
The specialist consult is delivered at your clinic or the patients home via our secure telehealth platform which can be run on a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone.
Family can participate
The patient, along with their family and the GP attend the consult via videolink.
Reports are sent to the GP
The specialist reports back to the GP within a week with a comprehensive report that supports collaborative care.
Billing: Our team does the billing on your behalf.
