Telehealth consults are booked using our secure, easy-to use Access Telehealth platform. All telehealth video calls are fully supported by the Access Telehealth technical support team.
GP sends a referral
GP sends a specialist referral to Access Telehealth via email, fax or Argus.
We Setup a Telehealth Appointment
We liaise with you, the clinic and the patient to make a telehealth appointment.
Specialist Consultation Happens
The specialist consult is delivered via our secure telehealth platform which can be run on a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone.
Family can participate
The patient, along with their family and the GP (if desired) attend the consult via videolink.
Reports are sent to the GP
You report back to the GP with a comprehensive and useful report that supports collaborative care.
Billing: Our team does the billing on your behalf.
