Access Aged Care Nurses will be on site to co-ordinate all schedule rounds with both out GPs and Geriatricians. Ad-hoc specialist consults and after-hours locum telehealth consults may need to be facilitated by the homes staff.

Our service includes an administration team that are available to discuss any issues and/or questions. They will discuss the need with your home and then arrange the appropriate action; be that GP, locum or specialist input.
